I've found trib to be useless. Try DAA. I take DAA and Dim-an estrogen blocker that frees up test- and find it effective.

I've never used DAA personally, but a lot of people in the supplement section like it. I don't think you need an estrogen blocker with it, but it wouldn't hurt.

Not needed for some. At my age I want to prevent estrogen buildup and effects of andropause.

I'm actually surprised people are still considering throwing money away on this useless stuff.
No brain, no gain.
You can't out-train bad nutrition.

Oh, it's plenty safe, lofl. It's also as useful as tits on a boar.
Seriously, it's one of the "first" supps that many try when they first enter the lifting world at age 40. A cruel joke, at best

Trib doesn't do much if anything. I took the good stuff for 6 months and noticed nothing. The most important aspect of keeping test levels up is plenty of good dietary fat and a good weight program and lots of sex.
Yes I'm 60 and no I'm not on HGH or Test

So many men are looking for a magic pill or a can-o-man.
Its the easy way out.
Seems too many are falling for advertising hype.

Dim is also naturally present in cruciferous vegetables, correct?

To have a secondary effect, doesn't there need to be a primary effect? Just sayin

Minimum of 20% Protodioscin (a steroidal saponin compound found in tribulus) is the key; otherwise, you will be throwing your money away.

Not sure. I was using Dim alone and find it effective. The DAA is the only test booster I've really felt effective and I've tried many.
