- Establish maintenance calories. I would recommend underestimating your TDEE.
- Subtract 500 calories.
- Keep your protein relatively high, carb/fat distribution is up to your personal preference.
- Utilize refeeds.
- Train relatively heavy with moderate frequency. Don't add in cardio until you plateau."Nutrition for powerlifting: If you are serious about it, you will eat f*cking everything and get strong as $hit." - HamburgerTrain

Not without counting calories...
Never gone under 10%, but I will before this summer. Anyways just eat the same thing everyday. Only have to count the calories once that way. Seems stupidly boring, but I lost piles of fat. Its just really boring way of eating.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Things that make getting painfully lean a whole lot easier:
- PB2
- Diet Mountain Dew
- Walden Farms Products
- Vegetables (Especially broccoli and lettuce)"Nutrition for powerlifting: If you are serious about it, you will eat f*cking everything and get strong as $hit." - HamburgerTrain

Take breaks. Seriously.
Hormones, strength and mental state will thank you.
Realise there is plenty of time, no rush. Some times it may seem like nothing is happening scale wise, but 2-4 weeks down the track you're either lighter or looking leaner. Weight is not everything.
I say keep TDEE reasonably high. Keep enjoying an active lifestyle. Just be sensible with cardio and weight training.
In other areas of life, just try not to sit on your crack the whole day.
Try and move. Don't go doing BS minimalistic routines with minimal to no cardio which reduces TDEE and thus total food intake and thus TDEE even further as you cbf doing anything.
Don't think about dieting. Set and forget.
