If i take an ECA stack for 6-8 weeks what will be the maximum amount of Aspirin in mg i can ingest per day without getting stomach problems? The reason for my question is there are a lot of ECA stacks out there with different amounts of A in it and i dont want to risk any stomach issues. Unfortunately i cannot get the ECA without the A!

What are you talking about? Just purchase Bronkaid or Primatene with caffeine tabs. Success?
The EC stack is a combination of E + C they aren't an actual "stack" they are purchased seperately so your post doesn't really make any sense...Last edited by mtpaquette; 03-30-2012 at 02:50 PM.

300 mg in US and 325 mg UK are the traditional aspirin dosage values.
However, if you're having stomach issues you can drop to baby aspirin which are ~81mg. you can do an effective EC without aspirin as well.To answer most training questions-
Strength: >85% 1RM <6reps 2-6sets
Power
- Single effort: 80-90% 1RM, 1-2reps 3-5sets
- Multi effort: 75-85% 1RM, 3-5reps 3-5sets
Hypertrophy: 67-85% 1RM, 6-12reps 3-6sets
Endurance: <67% 1RM, >12 reps 2-3sets

The mentioned ECA stack contains:
Ephedrine Hydrocloride 30mg
Dispersible Asprin 30mg
Caffeine 200mg
Do you think 30mg of Aspirin 2-3 times per day could do any harm for the length of the usage?
