i tried experimenting with this by making an alternative bread without any whey protein powder. It turned out tasting okay(added 2-3 TBSP of splenda), just a little fragile. I assume the protein powder is needed for solidarity, but i wanted an even lower cal alternative to bread so i decided to try this. Will try your recipe and let you know soon.

Did you microwave it in a bowl or in a tray btw?

It was pretty good, but ever think about mixing the pb&j with everything then microwave it, then chill it in the fridge?
