Smile Advice needed on my diet please

Hi all, Hope yous are well

Ok so Im looking for advice on my diet. I have recently regained full fitness from a severe injury I sustained in a Tank crash (Im in the Army) where my army was ripped out the socket and massive trauma to my shoulder. Almost 4 years later I am able to lift weights to a reasonable weight.

What I now want to do is cut, and cut alot. I am am 5ft 9' and 125Kgs, and around 25 - 30% bodyfat. My goal is to get to around 12-15%. I know it will take time and I know it wont be easy, but I want to do it now I have no excuse not to now I can train pain free.

I plan to make this my diet (please free free to advise/criticise/doctor my thinking)

    Upon wakening: Protein shake
Breakfast : 2 poched eggs on wholemeal toast (no butter/marge)
10am : Chicken breast with a spoonfull of udos oil

Lunch : Chicken breast with salad or 3 egg omelete and salad
    3pm : Protein shake

Evening meal : Chicken breast with salad or 3 egg omelete and salad with a spoonfull of udos oil
    Before bed : Protein shake

My Cv is at 0630 every morning for 40 mins at 75-80% m/hr Mon-Fri and Sunday is at 10 am
My weights get done at 1800hrs Mon - Fri

Is this to much food or is it totally wrong all together? I would really like to hear your feedback. My goal is fat loss

    Cheers,

    Will

strong join date to post ratio. I look forward to your reply in 2014.

as #2 said calculate calories please. Use myfitnesspal or fitday.com if you are unaware on how to do so. Also read the sticky on calculating your maintenance.

At a guess you are eating fat too little and guess on what you have indicated (and not described), your routine may not be optimal
Saying Zyzz inspired you to lift is like saying Justin Bieber inspired you to sing
