    Oep and promax diet

    Hi guys
    Just after some advice/opinions

    I've just bought my first bottle of OEP and was wondering if it's ok to take with maximuscle promax diet!?
    I've read all the information on OEP and I'm aware it advises you not to take with additional caffeine products (promax diet contains caffeine) but promax diet itself advises you to use it in conjunction with thermabol, which upon reading contains more caffeine than OEP (thermabol 153 vs OEP 100)
    Just after some advice on this.
