Dudes,
Looking for new workout split. What's everyone recommend? Looking to workout 4-5 days/week. Increasing back strength is my main goal right now.
Would appreciate the input

Ehhhh this past week (end) had it's highs and very lows for sure. I had a great time with my wife and kids over the weekend, and my son really enjoyed the Easter festivities. Those were highs for sure. However my mother (who recently came back into our lives after being gone for 2 years), decided to take off again. She left without saying a word to anyone (not even my kids). This makes me more angry than sad, as we've done everything we could to help her, and she new this time was the last time. It makes me even more angry as my 2 year old has actually grown to know who she is over the past couple of months...and she just takes off without a word. I guess it's to be expected, she was in my daughters life about the same time frame she was in my sons when they were born (only a couple of months). Then to make things worse, one of my friends 18 year old son was killed in an Auto accident on Saturday. Being a parent, I cannot even imagine the pain he's going thru right now.

I've been on the push/pull/legs split for quite a while, haven't gotten bored of it yet. Usually put DL's on my chest day to avoid having to do them. But a 3 day split 5 days a week keeps it from getting dull in my eyes. Usually do 2 days on, one day off, then three on one off.
5/3/1 is pretty solid too.

Please keep in mind that this is the basic formula for ApeSh!t - not the exact version. We have about 15 different versions on this same basic formula.
AS328 was a combination of the above products in various amounts. Not that exact formula.
In some cases we have used between 500 - 1000 mg of agmatine sulfate. In some batches we used much less caffeine and more theobromine. Everything, to some degree is slightly different in each batch depending on our studies, and our testing.
On paper it all looks good but in the real world things come together a bit differently, hence the beta testers.
The way we are trying to work it is that the above formula is actually 2 max scoops. So 1 scoop would be half the above amount. When Shawn Well developed Madness he set it up for a 3 scoop max, which we are now finding out is not what the people want. On paper? Looks awesome. people don't take the paper prior to lifting though. With ApeSh!t (as well as Madness v.2) we are adapting to our customers needs and requests without compromising our integrity.
2 scoops might even have a bit more of each ingredient than the above formula so that 1 scoop will still rock your block. For dosing purposes we will base it on user weight rather than profit margin.
We still need more beta testers so send out a pm if you are interested.
People first, profit second

Thanks guys. This thing with my mom is really hard, but I think I have to stand firm on the stipulations I gave her....for my familys sake. I basically told her if she left again, my family was writing her off and cutting contact completely. She new she would not be a part of my life or my kids. As much as it pains me, I cannot put my kids through this....and it's better to cut it off when they are young and don't understand. Well my son does, but he's 2....so he won't really be affected.
This is the last thing I said to my mom...via ******** after she took off once again without even telling anybody.
"Don't you ever try to put any of this on your family. Your the one who cried for help, your the one that went back on your word and created a decision to make. We've been the ones trying to help you, even when you wouldn't help yourself. Your the one who took food out of my kids mouths by crying out for help when I financially didn't have the means to help......but I did anways, because I cared. In the end, you wanted no help at all.....and you chose to take the coward way out. I hope your happy."

the most difficult thing that I have dealing with is the inability to come to terms with the fact that I have no influence over the actions of others. the saying "you can lead a horse to water, but you can never make him drink" is the perfect description of the situation (or atleast thats how the saying goes where I am from).
the irrationality of my parents and those around me can be extremely frustrating, and you can never truly have the sort of influence over others to make them change their minds. This is just part of the human condition. If they dont want to, then they wont. Just have to live on with your life as the only thing that you have control over are your own actions.
