You've gotta work on that form though. You were in your toes the entire lift and that looked painful on the back.

Lighter weight, sit back, get your hips down and press through heels.

I wasn't on my toes.. I even watched the video just looking to make sure. That was literally my biggest problem when first learning to squat and overcoming it was a big deal. Believe me if I were on my toes with that weight there would be no way I could keep my balance. And I do what my back allows.. I broke it a few years back. I can't sit back any further. It was also reassuring talking to Layne at the Arnold and him mentioning that bending your back wasn't bad. After he said that I mentioned I did it and he told me to continue doing it lol

I know I mentioned it earlier, but damn, GAT's peach mango Muscle Martini is the bees knees in icey cold water. A true diamond in the rough.

I got the same feeling from Beast Aminolytes.

I haven't had old Xtend watermelon in a long time, but the Aminolytes tasted just like I remembered it.

Also, I made VMS sludge and I think I do taste some white chocolate now that you mentioned it. I think you planted the chocolate seed in my mind, lol.

Was thinking about grabbing a tub of this after seeing you mention it awhile back

My first protein powder I ever bought was ON CnC, and I actually enjoyed it quite a bit in milk back then, while many/most others say it's horrid

deffinately not one for the masses!... i dont agree with layne tho about bending the back.. i mean it may not kill or even hurt you.. but when the back gets rounded under load like that the forces that come to bear on the spine are huge. again not a catastrophe, but the numbers dont lye. YOU WILL increase the load on your spine several fold. the more upright you can remain while doing the squat the less amount of downforce you put on the spinal cord and the disks. to me i take every precaution to lessen the probability of injury on all lifts! properform.. proper weight, proper equipment, and proper straps/gloves/belts/ect. this should be no different.. take all the precautions to make longevity and safety #1.

How long do you bros usually do stim breaks? I'm coming up on 2 weeks this Sunday, which was my minimum goal, but I'm wondering if I should make it another week..?
