I dont really know. Just trying to get a flat stomach. I have abs, I can see them clearly at almost any angle, but I also have a disgusting ponch of flesh from having lost so much weight just sitting at the bottom of my stomach Im trying to work off. I dont know if this will need to be surgically removed or what.
