The OP is easily pushing 20% bodyfat yet he somehow believes he's within the 12% range? And other kids on here telling him he's 13-15%? fkn lol
you kids would be in a world of shock at the results of an actual dexascan. I've rarely seen anyone on this website the true 10-12% range

Strong bump just to demonstrate what an overconfident dumb fuk you are. Google bod pod and dexa scans in that 18-22% and you'll see that is generally beyond the soft range and into the area of fat poking over with small love handles visible from the front and/or lower stomach fat protruding from the side view.
People routinely overestimate body fat around here like it's a virtue. Unless you're a tank, getting decent--not good or great--definition is ~10% or lower.

this is true. just because you have a bit of vascularity doesn't meant you're automatically lean. last year I got my most recent dexa scan done after a sick bulk. Had visible abs (MUCH more than OP), chest separation, a bit of shoulder striation.
Misc would have been telling me I was 12-13%. Results came in: 19% bodyfat. I was much more lean than OP and still wasn't even close to his claimed 12% lol
