This as well... It's genetic brah. I have thick skin and low blood pressure so even at like 8% my vascularity ****ing sucks. I get some veins in my bi's, a little down my forearms, some in my shoulders, and some running down my abs, but only when I'm lean as **** and even then they are all incredibly faint.

in this pic you look closer to 15-16%. Everybody stores fat differently, so hard to tell % just from a picture. people in this thread have guessed between 13 and 18%, you're not gonna get a good answer from here.
Are you losing weight? Are you maintaining strength? Are you weighing at the same time of the day? If so, you're losing fat.
Although it may be inaccurate, use a simple online bf% calculator and follow that. It wont be accurate, but it will be a constistent measurement so you will be able to track progress.

not reading through all the posts so don't know if it's been asked, but what times did u take the pics? the other thread looks like a morning, less bloat, this pic looks like more bloat/carb/water weight added in hence higher BF% appearance. your abs definitely are more visible now compared to then, but you're not 12% like others have stated. you're closer to my BF%, which is around 16-17% at best.

Yeah i honestly wouldnt be surprised. Seems like for bodybuilding im fighting an uphill battle up a 90 degree angle.

stop being a whiny little girl. you've learned the best thing you could out of this - experience. and even then i don't see what you're upset about - you just started off with a higher bf% to begin with. why don't u take some pics in the morning when you're not as bloated. i'm sure that will make a huge difference. and make sure your diet is in check.

13-15%, don't know why you're taking half these comments seriously, let's be honest most of the misc is nerdy string bean kunts that don't even lift. If you had a lot more muscle mass at the percent you're at now you would look a lot leaner than you are. Definitely not over 15%, try not to take photos after eating, you appear as though your sensitive to bloating.

guys , just took a bodpod test at my school. I fuking got 9.9 percent bodyfat.Im dead fuking serious. I asked what the accuracy was and they said its like 98 percent accurate. Could it be bad calibration or am I really that lean? Maybe i just dont have a lot of muscle so i look higher bodyfat/dont fill my skin out? Maybe i have thick skin which through the calipers off?
