But, as for flexed or not flexed, do both just to be safe. Upon further inspection, if you REALLY look close, I think OP is actually 13ish%... I think it's the lighting and angle. The lighting seems to be drowning out a lot of the muscle separation and it makes it seem like it's not there, even though it might be. This is giving off the illusion of higher body fat... Try taking a pic exactly like you did in the other thread you posted.

ive been killing myself dieting the past couple months.
Imagine my surprise when I think im actually making progress and it turns out people are saying my bodyfat right now is what i thought it was when i started.
No im not mad at anyone dont take it like that. Im fuking furious at myself if what you guys rightBest lifts (Don't lift for strength anymore. No more deadlifts or squats)

OP whatever % you are it shouldnt change how much you will kill your next workouts and how clean your diet will
it really shouldnt matter at all just keep working hard
as for the puffy nips keep losing weight and tighten the **** out of your chest (work chest like twice a week). im currently losing my puffy nips and huge reductions have been seen

I could be 13 like you said or i could be 20 percent.
What fuking guarantee do i have anymore that if i keep cutting all my life il get to where i want? Every pic gets me a different bodyfat and the more i cut the weaker i get and the lighter i get.Best lifts (Don't lift for strength anymore. No more deadlifts or squats)

You aren't above 15, or even at 15 for that matter.
Your delt caps are visible, and you have visible separation in your arms. Your abs are visible, the only thing that's making a difference in pics is that you're pasty white. Your adonis belt is also easily visible. What do your legs look like?
As for vascularity...I wouldn't worry about it. It's all genetics. I'm sitting at 13-14 percent right now and I have more vascularity than some others with lower bodyfat than me. It's a combination of thin skin and muscle mass, and the thin skin part is what makes the veins really show. I have quad vascularity right now at this bodyfat.
