if i were to do the old PHAT routine i would use the 'boring but big' 5/3/1 template for the power days setting across at 50-60%. after you deload on the 4th week you add 5 lbs to your bench/ohp and 10 lbs to your squat/deadlift and repeat. http://blackironbeast.com/5/3/1/calculator

true. its hard to get used to tho, feet hurt like fuk after doing it. cycling with your top half of the foot/toes on the pedals helps a lil bit too i think
