been cheating more and more lately on my cut, still loosing weight but thats cause i hardly eat after i cheat.

i need an intervention too but it's waking up for the gym that's been my problem. had to take a few weeks off due to injury and i'm finding it extremely hard to wake my ass up at 5am to get there.

only saving factor is i'm a meso-ecto so by not working out, i'm losing fat somehow, but i can feel my muscle wasting away too

Interesting biscuit & gravy story: ok so we all know b&g is the food of the gods and helps cure hangovers. While partying in NYC for almost week, we party til the break of dawn er'day. Well we need gas for the tank so we search out b&g. We never found one place in NYC that sold it. It was hell. You could get jagerbombs in coffee shops at 5am but no fuking b&g to save my life. I had no issue with the new PHAT. Also pulled 565 yesterday. Sorta disappoint, but 6 plates should be mines in a month .
