i need an intervention too but it's waking up for the gym that's been my problem. had to take a few weeks off due to injury and i'm finding it extremely hard to wake my ass up at 5am to get there.

Finally made some good progress on my squat/bench/dead over the past two weeks.

Squat 255 x 5 x 3 -> 285 x 5 x 3

Still want my bench numbers to catch up a bit but I'm thinking that might take some time. And technically I'm on a cut... but I can't seem to lose weight for anything.

Interesting biscuit & gravy story: ok so we all know b&g is the food of the gods and helps cure hangovers. While partying in NYC for almost week, we party til the break of dawn er'day. Well we need gas for the tank so we search out b&g. We never found one place in NYC that sold it. It was hell. You could get jagerbombs in coffee shops at 5am but no fuking b&g to save my life. Question to those doing PHAT routine. The guide says this is the split:

Day 1: Upper Body Power
Day 2: Lower Body Power
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy
Day 5: Lower Body Hypertrophy
Day 6: Chest and Arms Hypertrophy
Day 7: Rest

Wouldnt it be more beneficial to switch day 5 and 6 around, so that way you aren't doing chest twice in 3 days? Instead it'd be twice in 4 days? Doing chest on day 6 and then day 1 seems kind of not spaced far apart enough? What do you all think

yea, but you just worked shoulders/upper pecs(a little) on back/shoulders, i find that after a 2 weeks i was fine doing it 3 days later, and am seeing good results in lower pecs, i was always upper pec dominant.
