Throw in dat dere cardio bruh I hate it as much as anyone but it's soooo much easier to cut when you throw HIIT in.

Weight loss is frustrating. Didn't realize how big of an impact a few beers over the weekend has- I literally drop from 191 Sunday to 187 by Friday, weigh on Sunday, and wham, 191 again. I used to binge drink every weekend and was at maintenance no big deal.. thought I really cut back- talking going from 200 calorie beers to 50 calorie vodka club and cutting # of drinks down from probably 10 to 3.

With that said, I seem to be losing body fat.. this scale is really ****ing with my motivation though. I even cut out some food when I'm drinking and keep it low carb. My only other thought is that my calories are too high (2,400 off, 2,700), but I don't want to drop them even lower, cut too quickly and lose muscle along with the fat (backwards dreamer bulk).

Any suggestions? Sensitive to stims so EC seems to be out of the question :\

-Had 3 slices of pizza and some granola bars, beer, fried fish, and a protein shake
-Didn't take any e/c
-Paid 15 bucks to get into a redneck club, and got hit on by a gay dude (no homo)
-Other than that got this waitress's number, we'll see if she responds.

Can't see link for some reason, but for future reference best dosage for full benefits is a combined 3g of EPA/DHA per day

Most regular pills have 300mg, so youd have to take 10 of them lol

Mine are triple strength so they have 900mg, take 4 of them per day

Random wrist, elbow and a bad shoulder issue.

The fish oil I was looking at has 180 pills in a bottle. 3 bottles for like 59 bucks. (EPA) 500mg †
(DHA) 250mg

There's an Xtreme Gym right across the street from my office building and I'm considering joining up. At 90 smackers a month its steep but I can swing it. Have you heard of this gym? They have some locations on LI too.
