Lost 130lbs today, because my (now ex) girlfriend and I just ended things. Do I win something for the most weight lost in a day? Anyways, my weight didn't change this week (still at 202), but I did hit a PR in squats this week and I'm still dialing my macros in for IF/LG, so I'm hoping to see some progress in fat loss soon.
I hope you all had a great weekend and holiday (if you celebrate it)!

Congrats to Photostic and WannabeBetter for being the leaders in LB and % (respectively), and congrats to everyone on their weight loss!
Unfortunately, it looks like a bunch of people did not submit their weight, while two (myself included) did not have a change in weight. Speaking of which, my lack of change in weight this last week has given me the idea to look into Hydrostatic, caliper, or Bod Pod testing, so I can keep track of my body fat percentage as well as body weight over the course of the competition. Hopefully it'll give me a better understanding of what's going on, because having the scale not change is rather frustrating!
Edit: I just looked into it, and the university I go to has a lab that does body composition testing for $50, which includes skin fold measurements, pulmonary function testing and hydrostatic weighing!Last edited by OpticNerve33; 04-09-2012 at 09:32 AM.

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I'm off work this week so I have my workouts all planned and will def get them in.
Even though it is a bit pricier I am very motivated by my new gym.
Also less than a month away from finishing grad school so I will have my fitness time back.

Took more progress pictures and in comparing them to my first set I took two weeks ago, I see a difference in my torso. Glad to see some results.

I was thinking the same! Hopefully we all stick with this, and we all have good results. I don't want to get ahead of myself though, but its nice to think how much we could all lose, as a group.
I want to get close to 2 lbs weight loss as possible now. I've been hitting the cardio pretty hard after every weight lifting day, 4x per week. In addition, I have 2 days of HIIT per week.
Its only the first week, and to think what could be possible by July 1st!
