I've dropped 4 lbs in the last 1.5 days cause my of food poisoning situation. I threw up so much I'm sure I'll gain it all back....
Just got back from a nice walk outside though, 83 degrees here in Massachusetts. Walked out there with my shirt off; wanting to absorb some of that sun.
Wanna be shredded by this August!www.grazethesky.com

My update,,6 weeks ago i weighed in at 288lbs,,, this morning i was 265.4,,,, about a 22lbs drop over 6 weeks,, it feels great! i know a lot of this weight is water but i feel very good ,,, and eating healthy isn't as hard as i thought it would be,,,, plus this Weight Loss Comp is also a good motivator not to eat bad on the weekends since we have Sunday weigh-ins...

How is everyone doing so far this week? Personally, I could be doing a little better. Haven't been to the gym. I'm approaching the end of the semester at my university so i've been stressed and spending all my time at the library. Plus i'm starting to get the sniffles :/ I'm still keeping a deficit though. So what about you guys? Anything interesting going on in your lives? How's the cut going for everyone?

I haven't weighed myself since Sunday, but I've noticed some minor changes in the mirror, so I'm going to keep with what I'm doing for now. As far as the gym, I pulled a top set of 365lbs x 3 in Deadlifts followed by a top set of ~235lbs (BW + 35lbs) x 3 in chin-ups. I also played one of the best games of my life in Softball last night: 4 for 4, 2 RBI, 2 stolen bases, and a diving catch that would have made SC's Top 10 Plays of the Day!
Damn! Very impressive! You should post up some progress pics on Sunday, if you can. I'd be interested in seeing how well PSMF works in terms of body composition as well as weight loss.

I should however, the insecurities of being a fatty still linger. Dramatic changes though. I am just hoping my chest will firm up(moobs) by the time I hit 180lbs. A lot of my weight is just coming off my butt =\ Darn you black genetics.
Regardless, once I hit 180 pics will be shared. Muscularity is being spared though and strength is being maintained so Im not going to slow down yet or if at all.

I've been sick all week.. I'm lucky if I'm eating 1k cals every day. Haven't been to gym all week. Went to DOC and got diagnosed with NoroVirus/Gastronitus...etc
Guess i do need a break from the gym though..been going for 6 months 3-4x a week without a break. time for a deload even if it comes at a time when I'm sick.
But my macros are taking a beating..only surviving on gatorade, popsicles, toast w/peanut butter and jelly; thats all I've had all week. I did manage to have some french toast this morning, but I've been sick all day from it I think...stomach is just completely wastedLast edited by krete77; 04-19-2012 at 05:04 PM.

First day back at the gym today in a week. Still not totally recovered from my virus but I couldn't stay away any longer. Had a good workout, energy levels are still down, but had great MMC throughout entire workout.
Dropped a lot of weight this week because of severe undereating. (not on purpose). Not happy about it but what can you do..www.grazethesky.com

^ Thanks.
Hey all,
I won't be around till tomorrow evening..so I won't be posting the stats to the worksheet until I get home. Have a big event planned for tomorrow..sorry if anyone is disappointed. But hey, look at it like this, when I enter them all in, you'll have a final tally rather then me putting them in as I get them.
Good luck to all on the weigh in tomorrow. I know I dropped 4lbs this week, with 2 of it being water (after puking and not eating lol due to sickness..)
Who's gonna be runnin the leaderboard up tomorrow!??www.grazethesky.com

Well, thought I was gonna make it under 200 this week. Not gonna complain too much about being down another 4.2 pounds but finished at 200.2 this morning. Had re-feed yesterday which possibly skewed numbers slightly, or at least that's what I'm telling myself ha. Will have to work a little harder next week. Think I'm gonna stick with the PSMF for another 2 weeks since I'm still feeling good and lifts haven't suffered.
Congrats to everyone who's moving in the right direction. Contest has been great for added motivation - good luck to all!

Today brings a 3-4 pound increase from my cheat day: 230.
I had a workout yesterday so my muscles must have sucked in those carbs like they were on life support (been on PSMF)!
Good news, I tried on a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear and they fit good now.
Odd thing is, I only lost maybe 1-2 lbs. last week but I felt like I lost a lot of size.

Just updated the sheet with all the submissions thus far. Missing a few. By midnight tonight, If I didn't receive a submission from you LAST week, and you have not submitted one THIS week, you will be removed from the list.
Good work all!
