I joined the contest "I am JUGGERNAUT" today and I couldn't be more excited about it. I never would of thought of joining. But I received an e-mail from a rep. from the contest whom said I should join because he was very impressed with my progress. So I thought I would give you guys a little background about myself.
I've always bin somewhat chubby in my life and not many girls even looked at me at untill 10 months ago. I hated the way I looked. At the time I was 187 pounds and my hight was 5'7(22% body fat). I started to do p90x and after the 3 months and today I'm 145-147(9% body fat) and I keep finding new ways to improve my work out.
And now things have changed for the better.. I don't follow any program anymore. I've joined a gym and learned whats best for me to get the best results. also, I'm attending college in september to become a personal trainer because I want to help people achieve there fitness goals and to overall make the people i love feel better about themselves. I have no diet, I just eat right .

**************************JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT **************************
---JUGGERNAUT TIP OF THE DAY---
>> YOU WANT RESULTS LIKE THE PRO'S!!!!!, WELL, HERE ARE SOME TRAINING TIPS ON STIMULATING MUSCLE GROWTH <<
***When weight training( whether your using heavy or light) try not to
let the muscles relax during the set (always flexing as hard as
possible during every inch of every rep) with 50-60% of the maximum
performed to failure, example; refer to(pause and squeeze exercise
video on
legs) . HGH, and IGF-1 levels will be enhanced!
The constant tension exercises can build size and strength despite
using relatively light weights and when if muscle damage is fairly low.
However, if the muscle is allowed to relax during the set, oxygen and
blood will flow into the muscle and you won't reach optimal benefits.
*A few simple rules to remember to stimulate muscle growth are;
1. Heavy lifting (4-6 reps), which promotes a high rate of mechanical
damage/protein degradation.
2. Relatively high reps (up to 12-15 for the upper body and 15-20 for
the lower body), which promote a high mechanical degradation due to the
combination of moderate time under tension and intra muscular tension
magnitude.
3. Constant tension sets. To do these properly, you must flex the
target muscle hard during every inch of every rep. You can never allow
the muscle to relax. This means no rest between reps either. This
method is best kept for isolation exercises.
HERE IS ME AND MY FRIEND KEVIN ENGLISH(THE KING OF 202 Mr. OLYMPIA) GETTING READY TO STIMULATE SOME MUSCLES
Take advantage of all three methods by designing your program.... smart, train safe,

Welcome to the contest JUGGRNAUT.
I bet the girls that weren't looking at you 10 months ago are going crazy for you now, huh.
Good luck on the next 12 weeks.
As I'm just trying to kill time before I go to the gym. I figured I would write a blog. I hope you people enjoy!
My work outs have bin going pretty good. But I'm finding it a bit harder to find the motivation to hit the gym. I know why and I'm trying not to let it bother me . But I can't really help it. But deep down, Going to the gym is the only thing really keeping my nose clean and keeping me on the right path.
Let me ex plane, I was a drug addict fora long while (7 years of my life) and I have not used any substances in almost 5-6 years. Going to the gym takes my mind off all those evil thoughts that are still in my head and I push myself to the max until those evil thoughts aren't in my head anymore.. Hopefully some of you understand what I'm talking about.
anywho, I'm going to post evey so often about my life in general and any new tips I learned I hope you guys enjoy it
With The Right Mind set.. You Can Do Anything you want.
I look forward to your tips and thats defnitely a struggle i cant even imagine going through. It must have taken a lot to get to where you are. It would also be cool learning about your training. What are you trying to do bulk up, increase strength?

Well, now that I have set some background about myself. one fellow member asked me about my work out training, bulking and how I increase strength. If you guys have anymore questions for me to answer. I may not give the most scientific answers. But I will try my best and hopefully I can help some of my fellow Juggernaut out there!
my work out training:
day 1- arms+cardio 2x7 (each exercise) 55 pounds( each arm)
day 2- Chest and sholders 3x7(each exercise) 250 on chest and 270 on sholders
day 3-Off
Day 4-back+abbs+cardio 3x20 (each exercise) 140 pounds
Day 5-off
Day 6-legs+abbs+carido (each exercise) 3x20 160
day 7-off
Bulking:
I do a "dirty bulk". I find if your going to bulk up and eat what ever you want. Hell, go crazy and treat yourself! fats not that hard to burn!( I'll probity get some hate for this. But I enjoy it!)
increase strength:
I just lift untill it gets to easy and then I add 10 pounds
