I've been cutting for about 4 months now (had a few bad weeks). I am 24 years old, about 5'10 and 175ish. I feel a whole lot better and have a lot more energy. I wish I could get my gut to go down, though I am very happy with my results so far. This forum has been a great help and motivation!

If you are happy with your results, would you want to cut further? More cut in a short period might make you look skinnier if you do not have a good diet to build some mass... Can see the changes very obvious and you had managed to bring down your BF% quite a fair bit. You gotta decide what you want.. Do you have a dream body? Are you near there? Always decide and set a target for yourself.....Direction is important!

You look MUCH better now. You have a decent amount of mass, and could pull off a "skinny-shredded' look if you kept cutting. But on the other hand if you were to clean bulk you would look much better. It's all up to what you want. Personally if you don't care about being shredded for summer, I'd recommend you bulk.

Thanks a ton guys!
Breakfast - 1 1/2 cups egg whites (sometime 1 full egg) or 1/2 cup of oatmeal with PB
Snack - Protein shake or cottage cheese
Lunch - Chicken breast or turkey burger(s) with a salad or broccoli/cauliflower
Snack - Protein shake or cottage cheese
Dinner - Lunch - Chicken breast or turkey burger(s) with a salad or broccoli/cauliflower
Bed - Casein shake or cottage cheese
That's really the just of it and basic. I don't follow that to a tee, as I switch it up daily messing with things and trying different things (protein cheesecakes, bars, ice cream, salads, etc) I will add PB to my cottage cheese or chicken. Also will mix up different shakes (protein, cottage cheese, milk, banana, etc). It just depends on what gets me to meet my daily macros. livestrong.com has been an amazing tool that I use daily to track my food.
I've been hitting about 1800 calories a day. If I was to bulk I am looking at 2750-3000, that sound like a good start?

Thanks! I started bulking this last week, but feel really discouraged. Feel like I am getting fat, though I know most of its just in my head (eating around 3000 calories to start and keeping it real clean). May go back to cutting starting this week.
