    cut progress body fat estimate

    I am 8 weeks into my cut and I am down 16 pounds I am super paranoid about losing muscle during this cut so I hope my body fat has gone down a few percent since last time. This is my at 221 I am hoping to get down to 200 in the next 2 months or so.

    no not really but I am coming off the HRT Program and staring the PHAt so its hard to compare but my lifts are not

    Looks like u got a lot of muscle under there bro! 20% at the moment, but definately gonna be looking like a beast when your 10%BF, hit cardio after your workout just to speed up the heart rate and burn a few more calories but go HARD on the weights bro and keep diet clean!

    what does OP mean? I am eating around 2700 calories a day of clean food around 125 g carbs and playing basketball 2 or 3 times a week for 2 hours and I am on a 5 day split.
