Dex has been coming in off at the two big shows and hitting it at the smaller shows for some reason (1st place at 2011 Masters Pro World, FIBO Power Germany). I still think Dexter has the most aesthetic shape of any pro out right now, and if his conditioning would've been on he should've beat Evan. As for Beyeke, once again, great shape, thick muscle, but as is mentioned in a latter comment, he was too soft. IMO When Lionel dials in his conditioning he will be a formiddable presence. As for Pakulski, great conditioning at the arnold, HUGE, FREAKISH legs, thick massive back and wide lats. The only reason I can think of that Evan beat him is because Ben's proportions are off. His shoulders dwarf his chest, and I'm aware a big chest isn't what wins shows, but when you're that out of balance it has to be taken into account. Honestly though I think Pakulski is impressive and should've placed over Evan.

If you follow this sport as i have(1980) the "next greatest ever" is right around the corner so the hype machine starts for every above average BB'er. Evan is good and has great potential, but so does every new pro card winner, we will see. Remember..... It really depends who is on that stage next to you.

Agreed, I think Wolf's (I am pretty sure that's his name, the blond haired guy) back looks pretty good as well. IMO they seem to have the two best backs...then again I have no idea of what to actually look for. LOL! Just a noobs opinion. Branch has the craziest legs though, especially when viewed from the front.

He wasn't 260lbs this year. Considering that guys like Heath for example gained 17lbs between 2007 and the 2008 season. I'd say 5 years to gain about 12 pounds is not at all too impressive. What aggravates this even more is the fact that it has been pretty much a 5 year bulk since he barely competes.
Not to say it's the wrong approach, it's just not the type of improvements or at the pace they should have been.

It is all in his mentality!
He is satisfied simply by progress! He states consistently in almost any video that for him it's not about winning but about improving each time. He thinks that if he continues to improve and try his best then his success will come as a byproduct.
WHEN STANDING NEXT TO ALL STAR LIKE BRENCH WARNER OR DENIS WOLF AT THE ASC HE IS SIMPLY CONTENT TO BE IN THE SAME LEEGUE AS THEM HOLDING DOWN THE SAME STAGE!
HE NEED TO GRAB HIS CAREER BY THE HORNS AND STOP AT NOTHING TO REACH THE TOP IF HE WANTS TO EVER MAKE BIG IMPACT!!! IT IS A MAN EAT MAN WORLD IN BODYBUILDING. EVEN CENTOPINIK IS TOO NICE RIGHT NOW. HE IS LIKE THE JAY CUTLER WHO PLACED 2ND TO RONALD MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL HE DECIDE TO WALK OUT ON THE STAGE AS THE NEW OLYMPIA!!!
