    How am I doing so far??

    I have just uploaded some pics. Lately I have been making decent gains, but I really want to get bigger. I am looking to gain muscle and minimize fat. Any comments are welcome, let me know how I am doing.

    EDIT:

    BP: 250lbs
    Squat, Power Clean: I am recovering from a sprained ankle
    I am starting to get back into squats and power cleaning now.

    Before I sprained my ankle, I was able to dunk a 10 ft b-ball with two hands.

    looking good man. although your arms looks small compared to your chest. but thats just my opinion.

    I didn't realize my arms looked small compared to my chest. I am trying to bulk up all around.

    Very good chest and abdominal development. Keep up the good work.

    Make sure you train legs once your ankle is better. I know what that's like. I sprained my ankle badly back in 2000 and it still twinges a bit when I do squats.

    I'm about 5'8 maybe taller and I can only just touch rim??? Maybe I need to lose some weight?

    Thanks guys... Seems like the general consensus is the same, my arms are a little small. I need to get a better pic of my arms and chest together. I am really trying to get my arms and my whole body bigger with muscle. That is why I ask for you advice.

    Ever since I was younger I always grew up with a bunch of guys that could always jump high. Every where I went I was always jumping to see how high I could jump. I was mostly blessed in that area. I do squats and power cleans for explosion and calf raises for the rest. I did have a friend just send me good work out for jumping. I have yet to touch it yet because it hurts when I jump still.

    I just had my body fat measured today... better than I thought. I am currently at 9%. 14.4 pounds of my body weight is fat. Not too shabby.

    i could not agree more...with ur conditon and ur chest development it would be a shame not to specialize and get those guns growing more.

    Holy cow...that's a huge basketball. You must have an enormous wingspan...j/k. Seriously, that's an awesome feat. I'm 5'6'' and can only get as close as touching midway up the net. I was always in awe of Spud Webb dunking the basketball.

    Most of the men in my family have big chests, I am working on the arms. In fact, my arms are sore right now form yesterday work out. Thanks for all the comments guys!
