I have just uploaded some pics. Lately I have been making decent gains, but I really want to get bigger. I am looking to gain muscle and minimize fat. Any comments are welcome, let me know how I am doing.

I am starting to get back into squats and power cleaning now.
Before I sprained my ankle, I was able to dunk a 10 ft b-ball with two hands.

I didn't realize my arms looked small compared to my chest. I am trying to bulk up all around.
Any advice is welcomed!!!

Very good chest and abdominal development. Keep up the good work.
Make sure you train legs once your ankle is better. I know what that's like. I sprained my ankle badly back in 2000 and it still twinges a bit when I do squats.

Thanks guys... Seems like the general consensus is the same, my arms are a little small. I need to get a better pic of my arms and chest together. I am really trying to get my arms and my whole body bigger with muscle. That is why I ask for you advice.

i could not agree more...with ur conditon and ur chest development it would be a shame not to specialize and get those guns growing more.6'3, 245 waist 33, chest 48, arms 18,thighs 27,calves 16.5
