In the before pic, my back flat there was like nothing there lol if that helps. I wanted to use these two pics, cause they were in the same room with the same lighting.

Did you gain the 29 lbs over the course of one year?

Holy moly! You did so good.
I love to eat too!
I am 5'5 and was down to 115 for a very short time in 2010 (was miserable), went back up to 124 lbs over the course of 6 months or so, and then did a a formal bulk and gained another 11-12 lbs, pathetically fretting all along . It wasn't until I saw the pay off that I finally felt at ease. I will never fret like that again! Bulking did that for me .
You may have just inspired me even more. Thank you so much for sharing.

Thanks.. yeah i just started lifting and the advice from some very awesome ladies on here, helped me along the way I just lifted and ate.. I never tracked a calorie the whole time. But, i got familar to what i was doing, so it was easy to keep the scale moving up. Oh yeah.. it def pays off though.. I always thought of it as, wrapping a present, yeah you'll be bigger, but once ya unwrap it, The surprise is inside! hehe. Wow, the thought of inspiring, makes me great and wanna push it more.

WOW! I am about your height and currently weigh 120 lbs so close to where you started. After posting here, I got a lot of encouragement to eat more and train harder. I am just starting to try and do that, but its very hard to get my head around the "eat more" advice after working so hard to lose weight. Your pics are really inspiring for me!! You look fantastic - Thanks for posting!!

Betya I can!
You look great!! Nice job!
