Well, maybe I'll hit 6 in the gym before then, but that's when my next meet is.
I have been lifting weights since I was about 13. I started training seriously with a purpose in 10th grade. I started bodybuilding in 07 and then my 1st powerlifting meet was in July of 2010 I believe. I'm lifetime natty. I have used Cell-Tech creatine though1708 total @220 Raw
Improve my total every time I step on the platform.

hey guys,
it might not be a 'core 4' but i got a new PR yesterday
90lb DB press x 5 for my last set
first time attempting the 90's
(prior sets were 80x10 85x8 85x8)
100's here I come!
I was bummed cause I missed my sunday work out, on the occasion that I had to cover a co-workers midnight 12hr shift sat-into-sun 8pm-8am i was TOO wipped to hit the gym after work + had to shop with parents for the week's grocerys. didnt get home till noon, slammed some food hit the rack and woke up 8pm sunday LOL ... my gym closes at 6pm
but got that PR on monday morning!
so stoked im going to take my Presurge+APE and hit the weights tomorrow AM after work (something i NEEEVER do.... but Im motivated
also hit another PR for today
3000 calories! W00t! Said FARK it and ate a peanut bar + peanutbutter crackers + some animal crackers = 1000 calories of snacks lol
