He's natty. Too aesthetic for the UA Crew though, I've seen his contest pics.
With those lifts on a 209lb frame, he's probably aesthetic as is. Dieted down he probably looks like a monster.
When is it my turn?
Considering starting a log again, but last time I did it didn't end well. I want some accountability though, I think it helps. I really want a Wilks Coef of 350 by next year (or 1,200 @ 198lbs), is such a thing even possibru..
Well, maybe I'll hit 6 in the gym before then, but that's when my next meet is.

I have been lifting weights since I was about 13. I started training seriously with a purpose in 10th grade. I started bodybuilding in 07 and then my 1st powerlifting meet was in July of 2010 I believe. I'm lifetime natty. I have used Cell-Tech creatine though

Being a male is a matter of birth. However, being a "man" is a matter of choice.

Hopefully one day I'll peal it all off again and get on stage again. Not in the near future though. Powerlifting is just too dang fun and a libido and a wife that wants it are fun too.

Fuuuuuuu I was just thinking this! I now know when it will be mine turn for strength
I was about 155 when I was 16. 170 by my senior year in high school. Keep at it and take advantage of your ever increasing test levels. I wish I knew what I know now about nutrition when I was 16.

I was about 120 when I turned 16. All about keeping consistent, I suppose
Anyways, yeah, you motivate me.

Mirin how your shins remained nearly vertical and your knees didn't move forward more than a few centimeters. Is that even possibru?
breaking at the hips 1st makes this a lot easier to do. Notice right before I squat I stick my ass out a little and then sit back as I go down. You really have to squeeze your back very hard and arch into the bar on your way up.
