How much true back growth will you get from it? Honestly hard to say...maybe none, maybe some, maybe it will hinder recovery and cause shoulder inflammation and set you back.
Most people may say don't do it. Personally though if it is a fun challenge for you then I say what they hell go for it! I would monitor it though If you are crazy sore and just feel you are not recovery or causing injury you may want to suspend your 5K challenge.

How much are you benching/rowing/squatting/deadlifting and for how many reps? If you can do 20-25 bodyweight pullups in one set I'm really not thinking your back is underdeveloped based on your avatar pic showing your chest and arms. Are you able to bench press your bodyweight plus clothers - more like 185 - for 20-25 reps?

I honestly don't think your back is lagging, based on those lifting stats. I think pullup/barbell bench is a better lifting ratio to aim for than barbell row/barbell bench. If you're looking to make a comparison to rows, I'd do dumbbell row/dumbbell bench, imo that's a far more accurate comparison standard for balanced strength. If you can't match your bench with pullups with same weight/reps, I'd say it's your chest that is more lagging, not your back. I'd be interested to see you make a dumbbell row/dumbbell bench comparison, though.

How are you going to space these out per day?
90 per day, 10 pulls every 1hour or so doesn't really seems that taxing.
90 pullups in one session every day however...Tight lower back? Aching knees? Poor hip flexor mobility? Weak glutes?
