    Day 4: Chest/Shoulders



    • BB Bench press 2 x 8+6 145 [Was at 175, but by the time i got to the negatives realized had to drop some weight on the next set to get proper form]

    • Incline Smith Bench pres x 8+6 155 [Also felt a bit safer while using the smith machine so added 10 LB]

    • Pec Dec 2 x 8+6 50 [ use to do negatives on this machine so was like a old friend]

    • DB shoulder press 2 x 8+6 45

    • Side Laterals 2 x 8+6 15lb [ Pretty weak here, if i go to high i often get a twinging pain sensation in my shoulder area,..]

    • DB Shrugs 2 x 8+6 75 [ It said barbell does it really matter barbell Vs DB?]

    Legs sore 10/10, ate well yesterday hit my 100G carb allotment, kept fats down to 50G protein 200G

    Did not like the lemonade flavor of ST to be honest... Was kinda tangy, but didnt hit that lemonade flavor for me.
    Energy/ pump was spot on though. Especially in chest, side raises eh not so much of a pump there

    i will say my buddy makes one called acg3 or something like that they got it at gnc. Its the same formula as jack3d just twice as strong and flavor, at least the watermelon is outta this world. May wanna check it out. Its like ten bucks more than jack3d but more servings. And congrats on passing your exam man. I'm in the medical field as well and know thats a hell of an accomplishment!

    Food usually lasts a day or two depending what else i eat

    cinnamon chipotle seasoned chicken...



    Day 5: Back/Rear Delts/calves

    • Wide Grip Pull Ups 2 x 8 Soooo i'm unable to do negatives on these...what should i do?

    • T-Bar 2 x 8+6 45 plate used

    • Narrow Grip Pull Downs 2 x 8+6 170 [ good burn and clench at the end of motion on these]

    • DB Bent Laterals 2 x 8+6 25 [never done these before took it pretty light to get the hang of things]

    • Calf Extensions 2 x 8+6 No machine so used the seated leg press

    • Calf Raises 2 x 8+6 25DB in each hand [Used a step up platform and DB's]

    30 min cardio treadmill no incline 6.0

    Waited 40 min after workout to eat but just wasn't hungry, kept feeling really full anytime i tried to eat something, waited another hour to eat was ok.

    ISO good deal on Torrent Zero.....

    Week 2

    Keeping weight the same this week, not trying to rush anything. Form over weight etc.


    Carb 100 G fat 30 g prot 190G

    Day 1: Guns [working sets]
    • Close Grip Bench 2 x 8+6 @ 125
    • Tricep -rope pull downs 2 x 8+6 @ 11 LB
    • Lying DB Triceps Ext 2 x 8+6 @ 25
    • Standing DB Curls 2 x 8+6 @ 30. Had some odd pain on the negs so lowered the weight on the second set, took care of it.
    • DB Preacher Curls 2 x 8+6 @ 35
    • Reverse BB Curls 2 x 8+6 @ 45
    • Forward and Reverse Wrist Curls 2 x 8+6 @ 10 lbs [started getting some wrist pains here, always had probs with bench and wrist pains. Maybe if i go slower at em will let them strengthen?

    Bi's great workout on some of the DB curls on the Neg movements feel like a slight pain on the downward motion so to speak, just a side note.

    Cardio 30 min 6.0 treadmill no incline, plus 30 min sex give or take.
