Still hanging in there. I *think* my abs/groin/hip might finally be feeling a little better. I've been jogging a mile 3x a week. Easy pace. Really not up to sprinting/cutting yet though.

This is hugely motivational for me.
I remember reading this thread 6 months ago and thinking once the inevitable happens and I get injured, I will remember this thread and never give up.
That times has come as I cant lift heavy weights for 3 months as I cut two tendons in my wrist.
One day I will achieve the same greatness as the OP. Thank you so much again.
