Hope everyone had an awesome mother's day weekend. I celebrated with my wife by taking her through an awesome HRT shoulder workout. lol she loved it! I knew i had a keeper...
Shoulder Press on smith machine

Side Lateral raises (done Wyckd style)

Front Raises
