This is my first entry into the log. Im super psyched. Tom already got back to me with my macros and dietary intake. Im shooting for 225grams per day of protein. 150 grams per day of cards. and 25 grams per day of fat. Im looking forward to kicking this thing off in high gear. My plan is to post progress photo's weekly, because im sure you dont want to see my fat @$$ every single day. Please, hit me with all your questions. I'll also upload my workout log either digitally or with a picture. look for that every day. The only thing I know for certain about my workout right now, is ill be doing 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, excepting leg day. Again, post, ask questions I want this to be as beneficial to everyone else as it is to me. Wish me luck!
Get Some!

What's on your shopping list? I did my grocery shopping today. Not too different from the stuff I usually buy, but I had to make a few changes since my fat target is so low. For example, I bought egg whites--I usually eat whole eggs very often, but each one would be a quarter of my daily fat intake. I also bought skim milk (usually use 2%).

After checking out toms videos, and the thread he posted, im looking at a pretty simple list. Lots of lean poultry, lean beef (I'm not sure what cut to get just yet, I'll post it as soon as I find out), vegetables, maybe a little bit of fruit, yams, whole oats, and a bunch of spices. I'll also probably pick up a few gallons of water, to have the jugs, to use every day. I'm also thinking about getting some fish, but I have absolutely no expirience in that area, so we'll see how that goes. My target fat is also pretty low, (25 g/day) so I'm going to struggle. I also made myself a poster, and hung it on my refrigerator that says "Abs are made in the kitchen" to serve as a little reminder. I put up a sticky note in my car, just below the radio, that says "The body you've wanted for years, or the food you've wanted for hours" (because I have awful cravings for fast food at the most inopportune times.)
Hope I was able to be of a little bit of help, hit me with anything you can =D

We eat tons of fish in my house. Unfortunately, the really good stuff (like fresh red snapper) is usually really expensive. The best bang for your buck is probably the frozen tilapia--I bought a 2.5 lb bag yesterday at Kroger for $9.99. They come individually frozen so you can just defrost what you need.

I usually end up getting ground beef (the 97% or 99% lean) if I get beef at all. I eat A LOT of chicken.
I LOVE fish.... but unfortunately I like salmon and have no figured out a way to make tilapia taste yummy to me yet... I have some in my freezer though! lolBeing RIPPED AS HELL is only 12 weeks away!

I need to eat so much protein that my dogs don't near me when I lift, for fear of becoming macros.
If I can do it, you can do it! Now get up and do something! IT'S GO TIME!
I am a firm believer and Proof that the Hellraiser method works, and I am just getting started!

Hey Good luck!! This will be a fun 12 weeks, I can already feel it
For fish, they have frozen salmon that typically come in individual packs, i poke a couple holes in it and microwave for 6 minutes, comes out like steamed salmon and tastes good! It's nothing fancy but we are eating to get ripped right
