Less than one month before contest(what is the best strategy)?
I got approximately 3 weeks before the natural contest
What is the best strategy?
Work-out like crazy?
Shed some fat?
Watch the nutrition?
I need to lose some body fat, should i start using the EC stack from this point to to the contest?

Well I have been working out hardcore for more than a year, and went to my first competition(regular) 4 monthns ago where I sucked, then i contacted bodybuilder group and they gave me a program and diet, and I have been following it for the last 3 months, well pretty much this is what I am doing only I ditched the diet.

4 weeks out and you have no strategy? No pics? Depending on the amount of fat you have to lose, EC would be a waste of time. It's not magic. I'd post some pics for some good responses.

Prepping for 2012
You should be fairly close to being ready by 4 weeks out. If you have a significant amount of weight to lose, don't expect much out of these next few weeks, even with drastic diet/cardio measures. Get some pictures up though - you may be farther along than you think. We just have no idea what you look like so we can't give you advice at this point.

You need to be losing 2lbs a week at minimum right now. Work hard in the gym and start posing for 15-20 minutes 5 days a week.

You are pretty far behind. Id say pick a show a month later. You def need a long off season, you need alot more mass. Especially legs and lats.
Sudbury Ontario championships july june 11 2011 - 5th light heavy weight class
London Ontario championships nov 26 2011 - 2nd heavy weight class
Next shows - Missisauga championship May 19th and Ontario championship June 2nd

Hi.
those legs.. you might want to figure out how your going to get all that hair off them before your show. a suggestion because its something a lot of people overlook. and diet hard.. you need a offseason and then a precontest like what domzycuttin said.

You are well behind at this point man. Maybe aim for a later show. But if your committed to this one, lose the 2lbs a week, any more per week as a natty would be cutting into to muscle, learn how to pose. And shave your legs.

Well that show is the most optimal for me because it is natural
Looking for the schedule for next shows, the next one is in the same city that i did my first show, and I have great deal of superstition.
The next after that is open and very far, right on the other edge of the state.
this show is very optimal for me in terms of where it is located and in terms of that it is natural anyways thanx for great advices guys

So pretty much one month prior to competition you are who you are, no matter how hard you work out you wont put a visible mass, and even for burning off fat it is a short period of time???

this sh** takes time brother
can you improve your physique within a month... yes.
but if you're competing against other guys who took years to build and months to diet... well the comparison would be noticeable

Well I dont mean I can get in one month in a shape that other guy will get in one year, thats impossible. I just need to shape up for competition. But I know my chances and circumstances in which I will sink. See according this rules even the guys who won my level competitions and can compete in nationals, can come back and compete at this level. Which pretty much destroys the chances of guys like me.

What we are trying to say bro....is that yes you can make gains in a month....put it this way...dieting right and training/cardio correctly, you'll look better in a month then you do today. BUT wether that brings you to a level that would make you challenging at a competitive level is a totally different story
But like everyone has said, its up to you totally. I wouldn't ever compete unless i brought 100%, the only way i would is if i had planned to do a few shows, and just wanted to do a warm-up show....saying that i would atleast want to be at 80%
