I noticed a small bump last week at the top of my abs, right under my left pec. It's hard to see in this picture, but its right next to the center of my core. I did jumping jacks to get my heart moving, and I can see it pulsing - maybe its because its near my heart and actually is nothing, idk, but there's no pulsing on the right side at the same spot.
