Welcome to the Official Mr. / Ms. O35 Progress competition. This competition is to watch your transformation as it happens and has two categories for both men and women.

Female - Best cut.
Female - Best bulk.

Male - Best cut.
Male - Best bulk.

Due Dates / Deadlines and Registration

• To officially enter the contest, you must create and link your journal in this thread.
• Regardless of regularly journaling or not, you must at least CREATE a log, in order to post your starting, midpoint, & ending pics.
• You can relink your journal in this thread whenever you would like a judge to take notice.
• You will be required to take photos of yourself at the beginning, midpoint and end of the competition. Due dates are as follows;

Starting photos By Monday 4/9/12
Midpoint photos By Monday 7/16/12
Ending photos By Tuesday 10/29/12

Entries will be approved on a case by case scenario if they can not be made by the initial start date.

This thread is not for chat or linking photos and all updates should be added to your journal. There is a separate thread for competition related discussion located HERE.

Photo Rules

• Photo's are mandatory at the given times above. One full body front and one full body back photo will be required.
• You are allowed to block out your face (be aware that blocking or cropping photos can be distracting and may be judged accordingly).
• Posing trunks / suit, is not required, and undergarments or bathing suits are adequate.
• For men, avoid shorts that hide a significant portion of your thighs.
• Women, while a one piece is acceptable, progress will be more evident in a two piece.
• Take every progress photo the same way each time.

• Take the photo in the same location.
• Use the same type and angle of lighting.
• Conditions must be the same for all photos.(flexed, pumped, oil, relaxed/flexed abdomen etc).

Supplements and Drugs

All competitors must be natural, that is, not currently taking an anabolic/androgenic steroids (AAS). Former AAS users can join, but if you're currently on or are planning starting AAS at any point between now & August 16th, then sorry, no-can-do. All legal supplements (creatine, etc) are fair game.


Judging

• This will not be judged like a regular BBing contest. Winners will be judged primarily on how much progress they made, not necessarily on who has the best-looking end-result.
• Remember that judging physique transformations is a subjective process, so if things don't go your way in this regard, don't be discouraged. If you're able to make significant progress, then take that as a personal victory regardless
• The panel of 5 judges will remain anonymous until the end of the contest.

All 1st place winners will receive mod reps. Other wise, everyone who improves has won. Take this chance to improve yourself and help motivate those around you.

Again, this is NOT a chat thread, and this is NOT where you post progress photos/vids, these belong in the journal. There is a support thread located HERE, for that purpose. I look forward to seeing everyone's progress.

No any supplemental Testosterone supplementation is no longer Natural (legal) but not natural. That's only my opinion, decision is up to thread Managers, but I dont consider anyone that uses Test (medically prescribed or other a Natural competitor.

This was their decision, and is set up the same way as Mr. Aragons contest. I would imagine part of the reason is because they don't want to be flooded with messages (which doesn't look like it will be a problem). They would be announced at end of competition.

Well, the judges in ALan Aragon's contest were unbiased and legit.


May I ask this? Is it women or men judging the female division? (assuming there are enough entries to HAVE a female division).

There are both male and female judges that judge ALL entries, and I feel I have done my due diligence in putting together a great group of judges. I'm curious as to what your particular interest is in this aspect, seeing as you are not "IN". What are you driving at?

Absolutely Jim. If you are finished your cut before the allotted time frame, that is fine. You will be evaluated on the progress you have made within it. Watching your journal either way. I have a feeling your cut is going to be impressive.

I have stumbled my way into a summer bulk....and am loving every minute. I might throw my hat in when I decide to shed some fat....but for now.. I am enjoying the ride up. Got to make hay while the sun shines....seems my body is wanting to put on some muscle right now....not going to waste it by eating like a bird

It's about the progression. I am doing a summer bulk before a cut. Go IN starting w the bulk.

Besides.... we need to have everyone IN by next week. If there is some real interest starting to brew, I will probably extend the date for the initial photos.

Understood. If you don't think the contest was properly set up, or feel I may not have adequately chosen judges, than I understand your not wanting to join. The judges thought it wise to remain unknown for the same reasons they were anonymous in the other contest. I respected that decision.

I don't know---call me carzy, but when I enter a comp, it's to win it. Period. All that "motivate me to push myself harder, so even if I lose, I still win" jazz is silly and just does not make sense. To me. I push myself to the limit every single training session. Actually, nearly every day in almost all my activities. A half-asser I am not. I dont' need a contest to push myself to do my best. Done and done already. The only reason to enter whould be bragging rights (I don't give a **** about reps or negs.) But like I said, until I know what (i.e. "who") I am up against, I wouldn't be down for it. Too many hot-pants-for-slutty-bodyspace-galleries around here.

AA's contest judges can't be compared because I'm going to go out on a limb and presume you don't have the industry connections he does. You ARE almost as cute, though.

I don't half ass it either. Not everyone is in it to win it. I enjoy camaraderie in a common goal. The competition is fun, the green skittles tossed around is fun. The training is no bull ****. To each their own.
