I can believe its from 1972 because of the Photo quality lol ha was definatly ahead of his time though. I always wonder if only he had been born in the late 70's so he could have really been forced to push himself to his limits oh well...

Probably should have picked a better picture of Ronnie. You can see that his left lat and left arm is clearly smaller than the right and his left outer quad looks damaged and smaller then the right.

apparently this guy who used to train at york barbell..back in the 60's
he comes to my gym once a year (he lives in PA)
said sergio was working out at york barbell at the time..
he said what was funny was he had big biceps but didnt curl very much, as we could out curl his best of only 185 lbs.
i asked..what was sergio's contest weight..
he said sergio came in at 5'10" and weighed on stage about 227lbs
on my way to bulking to 250(3 year goal)
by next summer 215-220

Yep Dbol only back then.... Funny thing is, its the newest fad to Hate that very cycle. Wonder why people hate it so much? Maybe cause they dont know how to grow with DBol only cycles HMMM.... Easy to Blame The Most potent Ananbolic out there mg per mg isnt it.

Probly with comparisons is an outline doesn't show thickness. Thats why Arnolds FDB looks epic next to todays pro's as well.

Yes, they were using dbols......and we have since progressed into taking quite a few things with the main ones being tren/sling/GH

Thread quickly turning into a Ronnie thread. Ronnies my fave but c'mon! Anyway, Those pics of Sergio are impressive as all hell. Amazing physique. Much better than Arnie in my opinion. In fact, I really don't care for Arnies physique other than his chest and biceps.
