Had a full day of chest/shoulder/tricep workout and my chest rarely gets sore so i tried to over work it today. Flat benched 5 sets 10 reps 2 of them till failure. then after shouldrs back on flat bench for another 4 sets this time 4 sets of 6 reps. At the end did some push ups and i could only hit out about 15. and my chest was beat out. Yet 15 minutes later i can hit about 50 and i dont feel the workout in my chest just in my triceps.
