My buddy jumped on tech looking for a fast fix, he was no where close to his genetic max

here is the starting pic:













His ride was 6 weeks, and this is what he finished off at:





strong fail, his diet sucked, he didn't lift hard, wasn't committed, and thus lost


All im saying guys, is tech isn't worth it if u havent hit ur max, cause the reason you haven't hit your max is because you haven't been giving it 100%

and if you jump on tech as an "easy fix" for that, it aint gonna help too much

Agreed on this OP, recently rode my first baby bicycle and put on 11lbs, kept 8 after PCT.
Diet, rest, and heavy training are the keys to success with both natty/non-natty lifting.

Anyone can ride a bike, but not everyone can ride it properly.

i just don't get it. I'm already getting crazy gains with a 4k kcal perfect diet and intensity in the gym, I can only imagine what it'd be like if I had 5-10 times the normal level of test in my body in addition to that.
