All bought from sams, costco, ect..
Protein:
-eggs
-chicken
-whey
Carbs:
-Oats
-White rice ( I got a 50 lb bag for like 18 bucks at sams a while back)
-Pancake mix (syrup if you want)
Fats:
-yolks from eggs
-Peanut Butter
-Oils
Obviously I add in some other things here and there but these are the main staples of my diet and when you get them in bulk they are super cheapI rep Back
