Hay I need some help. Wanna really cut up so doing morning cardio fasted state some Bcaa re an a fat burner then off 45 mins low intensity. Get back then I go to the gym lifting 45 mins after cardio wanna know what supplements that would help lean muscle growth and if should eat prior to lifting or just keep going what you think.

As far as supplements go stick with creatine mono, protein, multivitamin and fish oil.
ECA Stack and Yohimbine are good for fat loss:
Fasted training can be helpful but I'd stick with shorter training sessions--45 minutes to an hour. Don't train with weights after cardio--sets you up for injury. Chose one or the other (weights or cardio) for your fasted training but don't do both in one day.
Another alternative is do training with weights (in a non-fasted states) and do a little cardio afterwards.
