I like the program so far, however having a little problem meeting my macros, having to eat where I am really full sometimes. Anyone having this problem?
If so, please provide a sample of your daily food intake. I am about 182 lb , 5' 7.. Been tough getitng in all my protein without having to resort to drinking shakes. (rather whole food) but dont have time to spend all day cooking.

IF isn't for everyone. If it's not working optimally for you, there's no reason to do it. The purpose is really suposed to be to make it easier to get in your correct calorie total and macros, so if it's not making it easier, there's no point. It doesn't work for me, I do much better spreading my calories out as much as possible.. makes it much easier to get everything in. Sounds like you might be in the same situatin.
