    good pull up and dip routine...

    looking to increase my number of pull ups and dips and i want to do them three times a week without ignoring any other major muscle groups.

    anyone ever workout around dips and pull ups three times a week?

    Bodyweight guys usually workout every single day, no rest. Bartendaz, Juice, etc youtube that.

    Also, they tend to have no real leg development. The legs usually respond to bodyweight stuff relatively docile.

    Pullups and Dips should not be a problem three times a week, maybe cut back on heavy rowing and bench/shoulder press for a couple of months? That is, if you truly want to prioritise pullups and dips.
