Okay so.. I work Bis/Tris Monday... Shoulders and back tuesday.. Then chest//hams//abs.. Wedsday.. And Just keep repeating.. Like Thursday Ill do bis/tris again.. so on. Is this way too much.. Because im not getting as big as i think i should be.. Please some Help... Im not that new im descent sized but it seems like i hit a plateau.
