Not in % since that would be hard to know, but roughly how much weight (LBM) do you think you have gotten over the years?
If it were not for my accident I think I would be 210 at 10% bf right now.
I was gaining roughly 5-10lbs a year before my accident and I would like to believe I would have continued in gaining roughly 2-5lbs a year of LBM
I hit 200lbs, was at 12% bf and then the accident f'cked me up.
For those who don't know me on here or never saw my progress pics, here I am from my 20's 30's and then 40's.

When I started at the beginning of 2009, I was about 160. Now, I'm about 190, with the same level of body fat. So, I'd say 25-30 lbs of lean mass in the last three years.

Took me 11 years to add 70 pounds of mostly muscle. That was at age 56 when I hit 200, at about 10% bf.
No brain, no gain.

Not sure if anyone here is familiar with Casey Butts. He used to post around here from time to time. Anyway, he has some great stuff on lean body mass potential.

I was 130lbs at 18 probably 15% BF. I am right now around 200lbs with 13-14% BF. So 70lbs or so.

No idea but I had a BMI of 42+ in 2009.
I'd say I put on 10-15 lbs of mass last year. One lb a month? Sounds about right.
I've actually come to enjoy the fact that muscle building is a slow process. I have enormous amounts of respect for those with great physiques now that I understand how much work goes into it.330->210. Drop me a PM if you're just getting started and want some advice.

I am 68lbs heavier than when I started lifting, but I think my LBM gain is about 55lbs. But we are talking about 15+years.

Apparently not a whole hell of a lot, not as much I previously thought. Probably only 30-40 lbs since 1994, but considering that I'm only 5'5", I was 37 when I started and for the first 5 years much of my exercise was aerobic. In 1999-2000 @ the Y is when I really started lifting heavy. So I guess in reality it took me about 12 years.
Damn you John, for making me think about this and get depressed.

When I started training in 2004 I weighed 185 at 30% body fat. I am now 185 at 17% body fat. By my calculations I converted 25 pounds of fat into muscle.
