Im looking for an exercise specifically aimed at building muscle on the UPPER and MIDDLE of the chest
(directly below the neck and around the collarbone if you know what I mean).
Right now I have muscle on the sides of my chest but almost no muscle in the middle and upper, sometimes I can even see my ribs in the middle. and when you touch the middle or go up towards my neck and touch it, it is just skin and bone.
SO how can I build muscle in that specific area?
By the way, I dont have machines, I use mainly Dumbells and Barbells and Bodyweight Exercises, because thats all i've space for at home.
dont have a car or any money right now so cant really get to a gym.
Thanks very much for your help.

sit on an incline bench with good form, take two db's (with a hammer grip) bring them together so the db's are touching and then press like a normal bench.... kinda like this but i keep the dv's pressed together and do it alot slower and more controlled to get a good stretch..http://youtu.be/M8qq4WPN7pA
