Has anyone tried Spinning??
Hey guys, I need your help ....Just finish my bulk and intend to cut.
I wanted to give "spinning" a try. I heard it was good but nowhere around my school do they have spinning class.
Nowing that I wanted to give it a try and might like it, my mom suggested that she wanted to buy this for me, saw a commercial about it :
http://www.spinningtv.com/#order
Do you guys think it will be a good investments???? Meaning has anyone tried spinning ands what were the results??
Have anyone outhere tried spinning before?
Thanks

1 step away from the bold button
2 watch the part of pulp fiction where samuel l jackson says "english motherf***er, do you speak it?"
3 its as good as any other cardio workout...in anything, just increase intensity to make it a better workout
4 dont waste your money on that, if you can do it at school, do so. if not go running/swimming/play active sports

*WARNING- Turn down your speakers before clicking the link!*
I have done spin classes at my gym and they are pretty good, but I don't do it often. I am not going to listen to an infomercial link, so I won't say whether that is worth it or not.
If you have access to other cardio equipment at school, I would utilize that before buying something...especially if you have never tried it and may not like doing it.

Never done a spin class and probably won't. Just seems a little ghey to me when I see a guy hunched over a exercise bike just peddling the **** out of it but going nowhere. :P

they have their place, like when it is winter and you can't ride, I know many people who use them to keep in "biking shape" and I have done a few recently as part of my cardio to keep it mixed up... hopefully we will keep getting warmer though and I can break out the mountain bike and hit the trails instead soon though...

Thanks everyone for your response.
I lift in the morning and usually do cardio at night.
Recently have been too cold to do so (live in NJ ) so was looking into another indoor type cardio.
I usually run or ride my bike.
Thanks again everyone.
