Cr3echer's cut with ProMax + TTA + DCP

    INTRO
Just got into lifting January 2011 (Winter semester of my freshmen year in college) at 18 years old. I've been working out and lifting weights since I was a freshmen in high school, but had no real knowledge on what was correct and what was wrong. I had really bad form and my nutrition was sub-par. I joined this forum and since then I keep learning new things. The supplements I'm using are from companies that have been helpful on the boards, and are proven to work.

I currently weigh 235 and am 6' tall.
    Max bench: 315
    Calculated Deadlift: ~470
    Squat: 365

    3/27/2012

    DIET

I plan on eating fairly healthy, but at the same time plan on following an IIFYM diet. This doesn't mean I'll be eating junk food all the time, but as long as I stay within my macros I won't sweat it.

I plan on doing a diet at ~2800 calories. I'll try and keep it between 2700-2900 for the first few weeks, then see how I need to adjust it.

    Protein: 220g = 880 calories
    Fat: 100g = 900 calories
    Carbs: 255g = 1020 calories

After three weeks I plan on doing a refeed day once a week. The refeed day will fall the day before my hardest lifting day, which is my legs. For refeed I plan on minimizing fat to low as possible, hitting 220g protein, then filling the rest with carbs. So I'll try to ideally hit between 450 and 500g of carbs.

    GOAL

199lbs. At this weight I should be around 10% body fat depending on how much muscle loss I have throughout my cut. Once I get to sub 200, I plan on clean bulking, but that won't be for a while and will be in another log. This log should take around 4-5 months.

    SUPPLEMENTS

I'll save you from all the boring facts about the supplements that you probably already know and just post what I'm taking and how I'll dose them.

    ProMax:

Coleus Forskohlii 300mg - Other supplement makers use one half the concentration of our Forskolin.

Fadogia Agrestis PE 1500mg - A full gram and one half, 4 times as potent compared to the competition.

7-methoxyflavone 150mg - We use a patented form of this compound that was proven to be 300% as effective.

Cholecalciferol 1500UI - An advanced form of Vitamin D, shown to dramatically improve muscle growth.

2 caps twice daily since I'm 235 lbs. I have two bottles to run which will give me a 45 day supply.

    TTA-500

For the first 30 days I will be taking 1 capsule of TTA twice daily. This will give me 1g of TTA daily. After the first 30 days I will only take 1 cap a day.

    DCP

    DCP contains:
    TTA
    Salvia Miltiorrhiza
    Propionyl-L-Carnitine
    Potassium Pyruvate
    Raspberry Ketones

After the first 30 days I will start taking 6 caps daily.

If I hit a wall or hunger starts to become a major problem I will also add ec to the stack, but I wont be adding it in till at least month two.

    Overview:

ProMax: 4 caps for 45 days
TTA: 1g for 30 days. Then .5g till DCP runs out.
DCP: After 30 days 6 caps daily.

This will result in 60 days worth of TTA. TTA is not recommended to take for any longer than that.

    ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS

Supplements that I will continue using will be:

Orange Triad: 3 caps twice daily

CL fishoil: 1 caps twice daily

ON micrognized creatine: 3-5g every other day

    Xtend:

Hemavol: Best pump product I've ever tried

I will also start almost every morning off with 2 scoops of Controlled Labs Golden Gains with ~20 ounces of water.

I also plan on running XFA during the summer once I get to a leaner weight.

A big thanks goes out to Mr.Cooper69. He helped me set up the stack, and guided me on how my macros should be.

had 2 scoops of Golden gains for breakfast then an orange during the day. Lifted at 9pm lifts were strong, but I experienced cramping due to the lack of food and a headache. Next time I lift I plan on consuming some carbs preworkout.

    100g fat
    260g carb
    200g protein

Going shopping tomorrow so it'll be easier for me to get my protein intake up.

The cramping is due to dehydration I believe. You need to fill yourself up with more water. I've had stomach cramps with DCP before due to wrong protocol scheme. Make sure you follow the required one.

100g+ carbs should/must be consumed 2 hours before working out. I find this the best time to use carbs daily.

Unless you wanna train fasted, you don't have to do it. I usually eat 100g+ carbs as my main source of energy for working out.

I get that, but you mentioned that you must consume 100g+ carbs 2 hours prior. Why is this a must? I never consume that many carbs pre workout (and I don't typically train fasted). I was just curious why you think 100g+ is a must amount of carbs pre.

For me, the number of carbs is just a personal preference. I've tried and tried before but <100g(90, 80, 70) just didn't make it and wasn't able to last the entire workout. I tried 110g before and that seemed to work for me. I have no scientific evidences to back up the number of carbs, as I've said, it's just a personal preference.

    Here's a line from Layne's article.
"I suggest one consume 35% of their total daily carbohydrates in a meal 1.5 to 2 hours before their workout as this will allow the carbohydrates adequate time to be digested and enter the bloodstream."

OK, no worries, not trying to be difficult. Because you said must it seemed more like it was some sort of scientific fact and not just based on personal preference. I usually only hit about 50-60g carbs about 2 hours pre and never have issues lasting through workout. Too many carbs at once would just have me feeling sluggish going into my workout. Of course though this is just from my experience, and each person would have to tinker around with to find out what their body responds best to.

Spot on. I, however, am different. If I go below 100g, bad mood starts to strike me and I won't be able to last til the last exercise of my workout, thus leads to skipping some exercises and reps.

But if I go beyond 150g, I feel so full and won't be able to workout for the next 3 hours at least. >100g and <150g is the sweet spot for me.

Btw, Genomyx's ******** page is bragging about a guy named dbone. And the cops are after him due to the shortage of Glycemyx. Any info about this guy?

LOL, that dbone guy is one sexy beast. Don't know how many Glycemyx was sent out, but I am guessing maybe 40 tubs (I think the first shipment was split out evenly among 3 retailers). If true then I picked up about 12% of the supply lol (I have a 5th Glycemix tub arriving today I think). Main reason to use is for my 5am workouts. it is way too early/difficult for me to eat anything pre, so hoping a Glycemix/Protein shake + Slin Sane does the trick.

I've had a stuffy nose the past few days and now I'm feeling pretty sick. Workout was really good with 86g of carbs 3 hours before. Felt like I had plenty of energy. I came home and tried to eat, but my stomach wouldn't let me. I'm ending today with ~50g fat, 200g carbs, ~100 protein. Hopefully I'm feeling better tomorrow after some sleep(I haven't been sleeping that much due to school).

My biggest problem this first month will be hitting 2800 calories. All my previous cuts I've done between 2000-2500, but this has resulted in massive muscle loss. Hopefully by doing 2800 I lose barely any muscle and just fat.

    Thanks man.

Today was my off day so I didn't work out. 120 fat , 240 carb, 300 protein. Ate extra to make up for lack of food yesterday. Even though I'm under I'm just going to call it even and start new tomorrow.

Currently running focus xt and piracetam as a study stack, really like it so far. I've received 2 bottles of Super HD from Cellucor so once I'm done with school I'll crack one of them open and see how I like it.

Focus XT itself is awesome, you're fortunate you still got those Piracetam.

Best of luck man. 4 caps of Pro Max is a lot of forskolin, any GI distress? You might get away with 3 a day and stretch the run to 8 week.

Any more cramping issues. I just started TTA for the first time, and the next day i was having cramping issues. You really need to make sure you're downing water all day err day, or it'll get ya. I reckon between TTA and BioForge PM (forsk) may aggrivate cramps.

I think the cramping might have been due to my body not being used to going most of the day fasted. I cramped day 1 and 2, but didn't cramp at all day 3 and 4. Cy said that the cramping isn't from the TTA because I haven't consumed enough of it yet.

Nope, not really any GI distress, but I have been having some farts that smell worse than death. And I'll have to think about if I want to drop it to 3 caps. Would you recommend 3 caps instead of 4?

You can still buy most of the racetam's online. I just started pira this past week and am interested to try some new ones out next semester.

Worked out this morning with nothing but hemavol and xtend in my system. Workout was good. 39f,200c,56p so far today, probably going to meet the rest of my macros with peanutbutter, protein, and lunch meat.

    finished today with 85f, 260c, 215p

Damn brah. That electrolytes in TTA didn't suffice on you? Where did it specifically hit you? I had one in my stomach before and it was bad. Real bad.
