I want to start taking some CLA but don't know which brand is better. I have taken supplements from both ON and MP and like both, but i've never really taken CLA so i could use some advice.
So should i buy the MP CLA or the Optimum CLA?

This is not a bash on any company, but, i wouldn't waste my money on CLA.
If you're looking to lose weight, concentrate more on your diet and exercise (in that order).Psych & handcuffs

I'm not really looking to lose weight but rather lower my body fat %. Im currently on OEP and that works but i don't wanna lose tons of weight. CLA would have been an addition to my diet and exercise..people say it works, just takes some time.Originally Posted by rhadam
