Washington Brahs: Need your help!
I just got stationed in Seattle and I was wondering where are some good areas to live for a single male, where the commute to Seattle isn't bad, a gym nearby, and a good social/nightlife? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Belltown Seattle has a good nightlife. I live in Everett/Lynnwood. Do not move up north.

I live in Everett/Mukilteo -- if you're looking for night life -- that's going to be Seattle, mostly -- it's about an hour's drive from my house to downtown during heavy traffic. The closer to downtown you go, the more expensive the rent -- rule of thumb.
Are you stationed in Port Angeles?

What gym are you at? Gold in Mukilteo is awesome!

Sorry -- just reacquainted myself with this thread . . .
I work out at LA Fitness -- Everett Mall. Used to go to Bally's - but they closed the gym closest to me -- LA fitness actually turned out to be a better gym! I looked at Gold's in Mukilteo -- but they turned out to be more expensive for my wife and I to join. PLUS, LA Fitness is only a 10 minute drive from the house -- win win in my book.
