I weigh 200 now, i cut down from 215-190, I was gonna diet down to 175 and get to a lean 180 like I was last year (i was around 12 percent bf at that time before my hernia surgery) but after thinking, I felt that its stupid to cut down hard when I dont want to compete or anything. Cut in short spans and just keep bulking until I get to a good point to do it long term. I also have only been working out for almost 2 weeks now after taking a month and a half off, so not bad i guess.

I actually look better in this pic than I do in my display and I am 10 lbs lighter
