MISC... How many pull-ups can you do in a row?
I can do about eight or nine...
Gonna get that number up though for sure.
Mind = blown that some people can do 45lb weighted pull-ups for like 15 reps. Mirin.
When will it be my turn?

Also, how many pushups can you do in a row? I can do about 40 max.

Most i ever did in a row was 28 @ 6'1 190..now bulking (around 210) can only do like 12 max in a row

16 with full extension and slow/controlled motion. My goal is to get 20.

Anybody saying more than 20 probably arent doing full reps

I only weigh like 180 now. Did 20 yesterday for first set, got so hyped haha. All time record is 28 or 30 I think. Weighted record was +30kg for 10 reps.

Never tried maxing out, do weighted only 44lb for 6. (No e-stat because its not that impressive)

Agree, although there are a bunch of people in the extreme pullups thread that do strict form, full ROM, and do well over 20 reps

I do weighted after. 10kgx5 15kgx5 17.5kgx3 (What I did last week)
Chin ups I can do way more. My forearms leave me down everytime, I know I have more reps in me.

my weighted max is 12 with a 45lb plate
and rep max is 25 or 27. Something like that.

with perfect form (wide grip, palms out, dead hang/pause on the bottom for 1 second) i can do 12. for pushups 70 was my max...
5'7 150lbs though lol.

You can still move quickly with strict form. Your energy really drains when you pause for a while at the top or bottom of the rep.

just started doing after after using the assisted machine for a long ass time. got 3 in a row the first time then 1 the next time. full range.
