I will be logging Betancourts Ripped Juice ex2 and Deprogen ARS stack. I will be playing with my caloric intake and macros throughout this log to find what works for me.. The goal is to lose 7-10lbs with this stack in preparation for a more aggressive cut this spring.
I would like to thank TatteredSaint and the Betancourt crew for giving me this opportunity.. This will be my second log for these guys (Phosflex 10/10) but hopefully not the last.

Day 1
first off.. im not strong so be kind when i post numbers.. for the sake of time and neatness i will only post finishing weight and reps

Shoulder Day!
Seated Shoulder Press- 145x5
Seated Lateral Raises- 35x12
UpRight rows BB- 135x8
BB front raise- 55x8
Reverse flye- 35x12
Cable lat raise- 40x12
Hammer Strength Shrugs 3plt per side x 12
25 min eliptical
Breakfast- 1 whole egg 1 cup of egg whites/3 slices turkey bacon/2 slices dry Ezekial bread (1 ripped juice 1 Deprogen ARS 20min prior)
Lunch- 8oz Baked skinless bonless chicken breast/ 1 cup green beans (1 ripped juice 20 min prior)
Dinner- 8oz Turkey meatloaf 1.5 cup green beans (1 ripped juice 20 min prior)
I will take another dose of the Deprogen at bed time..
First thoughts.. I workout fasted so by the time i eat breakfast i am usually pretty hungry after my first dose i felt the hunger lessen even before i started eating and actually didnt finish all my eggs.. it is noteworthy to say i was off work today so usually when i sit around the house i snack around a bit.. today i never had the craving or wanted to do any snacking between meals.
i will likely have a shake before bed since im a little short on my protein and like i said i will continue to tweak my diet as i go...***Donate to St Judes childrens fund***

Day 2
Today was back day.. yesterdays ultra low caloric intake was evident in my workout today.. energy was ok but strength was off.. anyway here goes
Dead lifts 335x5
Wide grip lat pulls 135x12
straight arm pull downs 65x12
narrow grip pull downs 150x8
seated rows 185x8
bent over rows 155x8
So i tried to get more calories in today.. it might be easier if i had any appetite at all.. but i guess this is a good thing right?
Breakfast
1 whole egg-1 cup whites/ 4 slices turkey bacon/ wheat toast dry
Snack
protein bar
Lunch
12oz chicken breast- 1 cup green beans
Snack 2
protein shake made with 10oz egg whites 2 scoops whey will be using big blend soon i hope
Dinner
turkey sammich with 6oz breast wheat bread and low fat cheese
that is it for now will try to get a shake in before bed.. same as day 1 i took 1 ripped juice and 1 deprogen prior to first meal and 1 ripped juice before lunch and dinner.. will take my second dose of Deprogen at bed time..
So far the appetite control has been great.. one thing ive had going on the last 2 days.. maybe related maybe not but i cant get cool lol i have the ac in the house down to 70 everyone else is wearing hoodies and i am sweating my balls off... could this be related?***Donate to St Judes childrens fund***

as for the fact that u are heated up all the time it is more than likely related to the ripped juice ramping up the metabolism , its a good sign

Day 4
first off.. i didnt make it to the gym on weds but i took my stack the same as i had the 2 previous days and diet was pretty much the same... so meh
Leg day bitches!
squat- 265x5 but i did 8 sets total
standing calf raise 250x12
SLDL 185x8
single leg leg press 340x12
leg ext 145x8
lying leg curls 105x12
seated leg curls 95x12
weighted walking lunges 60lb up and down x 4 almost blew chunks here
this was my fourth trip up and down only 30 sec break between them... main reason i filmed it was because i was sure i would puke and wanted to catch it on tape..lol
props if you watched the whole vid of my driving to the gym lol..
Diet has been the same.. when i weighed this morning i was down 4 pounds, i know its mostly water at this point but it is still nice to see a smaller number..

a little back story.. i took a stim break that lasted a month and a half, during that time my gym time was hit and miss at best and this was the first day i had worked chest in over a month lol.. boy i could tell.. everything was down quite a bit but im sore a fook today so i guess work was done..
DIET
breakfast- 1 cup egg whites 1cup oats
snack- shake-10oz egg whites international whites 2 scoops whey
lunch- 10oz baked chicken 1.5 cups green beans
snack detour low sugar protein bar
dinner- chicken nachos from taco bueno lolwut
i forgot to set out any thing to eat for dinner, the kids wanted some fast food we havent been out to eat in a couple weeks, so i caved in i tried to convince myself that the nachos were ok because they were chicken.. i hated myself after i ate it.. back on the horse!
this was fridays workout.. the gym doesnt open early enough for me to go before work on the weekends so i take the weekends off.. diet will stay on point through the weekend tho..***Donate to St Judes childrens fund***
